Unfortunately we are not an “outreach service” and don’t have the resources to do this. The best thing to do is contact www.streetlink.org.uk. If you provide as much information as you can Streetlink will contact a funded local outreach service who will try to find the person you describe and see how they can help. Obviously if you are worried about an immediate threat to life please call 999.
Thank you! You can click on the DONATE button at the top of this page which will take you to our Just Giving page. If you are a UK taxpayer please tick the Gift Aid box so that The Bus Shelter MK can receive an additional 25% from HMRC at no extra cost to you. Alternatively, please email us at info@thebussheltermk.org for other options or more information.
That is really kind. It is very valuable for us to know that regular donations are coming in to fund our services. You can set up a regular donation via our Just Giving page (click on the Donate Now button and select Monthly option). Alternatively you can email us at info@thebussheltermk.org for more information.
Thank you. One easy way to help us provide healthy food for our guests is with a supermarket gift card which we can use to buy exactly what we need. This can even be an e-gift card, using the email address info@thebussheltermk.org Alternatively if you email us at info@thebussheltermk.org we will be happy to let you know what we currently need.
Yes – here is a link to a downloadable PDF.
Thank you for thinking of helping our guests, but due to hygiene regulations we are only able to accept brand new bedding which is in its original packaging.
We have limited storage space so only keep a small amount of emergency clothing. We partner with MK Storehouse to provide clothes for our guests so you may wish to consider donating to them.

No, sorry. Due to hygiene regulations we are only able to accept non-perishable food, so we are unable to accept leftovers.
Thank you – that is great news! You can set up a fundraiser page for us on Just Giving. There you can make a single or regular donation, and select or type the specific amount you would like to donate.
You can then choose to provide your name and a message to our team, or state that the donation is from a business. Please agree to Gift Aid if you are an eligible UK tax payer. We will receive 25% more at no extra cost to you.
